Research interest:
My ultimate goal is to design organisms in any shape, even those not existing in nature, as readily as drawing them on paper. Achieving this requires a comprehensive understanding of developmental processes for in silico modeling and simulations. To this end, my research background spans genetics, bioinformatics, and computational biology, enabling me to extract information from large datasets, guide experimental design, and infer new insights through modeling. Currently, I am focused on applying computational methods and experimental techniques to elucidate the targeting mechanism of transcriptional adaptation, an mRNA-decay-mediated gene regulation process that could lead to genetic compensation.
